Returns: Because all architectural gates and perimeter systems are custom-fabricated to the specific dimensions of your property, we do not accept returns on completed work.
Refunds & Cancellations: Milestone deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has commenced. Project cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to material procurement.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding installation or fabrication will be resolved according to the terms outlined in your signed custom project contract.
Fulfillment: Delivery and installation timelines are estimates based on material availability and weather, and are agreed upon directly with the client prior to invoicing.
International Availability: Citadel Perimeter LLC provides custom installation and fabrication services domestically; no international export services are provided.
